Hanif is an all rounder with a strong understanding of International style of Ballroom Dance. Some of these include Latin American Ballroom, Free Style, Jazz, Bollywood, Rumba, Samba, Jive, Cha - Cha, Paso Doble, Waltz and Boogie.

He also conducts Latin American Ballroom Dance workshops and has performed at various corporate events, pageants and competitions. He was also associated with the training of Femina Miss India participants in the year 2005 and trained Pooja Bedi in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 1.
